Ray Parlour says signing Raheem Sterling should not be a priority for Arsenal as they need to strengthen in other areas instead.
Arsenal have been linked with a summer move for the winger, who was benched for Liverpool's final game of the season after his contract dispute hit the headlines.
There has even been talk of a potential swap deal with Theo Walcott, but former Arsenal midfielder Parlour does not think signing Sterling should be high on the agenda.
“I’d rather concentrate on central midfield, centre-back and maybe a goalkeeper if I was manager,” he said.

Robbery suspects who posed as bank customers nabbed

 Two armed robbery suspects who posed as bank customers and trailed their victims from banking halls, Chinedu Okeke and Kolawale Best, have been nabbed by the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS), of the Lagos State Police Command.
The 32-year-old Okeke, who is also accused of murder after he shot dead a victim while trying to snatch his money, confessed to SARS operatives that  he and his gang used to monitor customers in banking halls, trail and rob them. He also confessed that he had to kill his victim when the man refused to hand over his money on demand.

 A few days after stabbing his wife to death in a domestic fight, a man has committed suicide, ending it all.
Joseph Ajasa, a 41-year-old man in Owode in Yewa south local government area of Ogun State, caused a stir in the sleepy community when his body was found dangling from a tree in his farm few days after he allegedly stabbed his wife, Toyin, to death during a domestic fight, reports Sun Newspaper.

'Babalawo, 5 others nabbed for serial 'Okada' theft

 A herbalist whose stock in trade was to fortify robbers has been nabbed alongside some motorcycle snatchers.
A popular 'babalawo' (herbalist), in Ore town of Ondo State, Rasaki Oyeyemi, as well as five other suspects involved in a criminal gang of 'Okada' (motorcycle) snatchers, has been arrested by police detectives in the state, following intelligence report.

Authorities in Newport News, Virginia, are investigating after a high school teacher allegedly showed teenage students before-and-after photos of her breast augmentation during class.
Melissa Kidd, 34, resigned from her job at Woodside High School on April 17 amid accusations that she'd shown three students, ages 16-18, "photos of her nude and exposed breasts" on her iPhone, according to police documents. The photos allegedly showed her breasts before and after she had enlargement surgery.
Kidd is being investigated on suspicion of taking indecent liberties on a minor by a person of supervisory role, which is a felony. She has not been charged with a crime, but the investigation is ongoing.
